That’s what you’re thinking, right? While every design day is different, here’s a general framework for what we can typically complete in a single day:

If the clock stops and you need more time, no problem!

Please note that you’re investing in our time, not a set of deliverables. In other words, we’ll work as quickly as possible – without sacrificing quality – but cannot promise to get to everything on your list. At the end of the day, if we need more time, the ball is totally in your court. You can have us stop there or book an additional half or full day with us. It’s always great to add on more time and keep the creative momentum going!

A DESIGN DAY SOUNDS PERFECT

So, how does it all work?

It’s easy! Here’s how our design day process plays out:

First, you’ll get in touch with us to let us know you’re interested. From there, we’ll schedule a 30-minute kick-off call to discuss your project and see if we’re a good fit. Once we know more about your design needs, we’ll provide an approximate timeline for your project (i.e. one day, two days, etc.).
If everything sounds great, you can go ahead and book us. (Note that we require a 50% deposit to secure your day on our calendar.) Please make sure to choose a day where you can make yourself available to provide quick input on our design work. The faster we can get your feedback, the more we can get done!
Before your design day, we’ll aim to learn as much about you and your project as we can. We’ll have you complete a custom questionnaire and then we’ll invite you to a 45-minute strategy call to plan out your priorities. This prep will allow us to hit the ground running on your design day.
When your day arrives, we’ll dive right into your project. Throughout the day, we’ll give you updates on where we’re at and will ask for your feedback. It’s a fun and highly collaborative process! At the end of the day, we’ll send you a link with your final files, and you’ll be good to go!
Although you should have everything you need at the end of your design day, you can always reach out to us within 30 days with any questions on your project. If you’d like to book more time with us, you can also schedule another half day (available to previous clients only) or full day.
